Sault College’s ESL Program

WTC is now proudly Sault College’s ESL Program in Toronto!

WTC is now also Sault College’s Toronto ESL Program! Students who complete WTC’s University Preparation Program (UPP) will not be required to produce further evidence of English proficiency. The documentation required by Sault College to indicate completion of the language proficiency entrance requirements, exclusive of the general academic requirements, is the WTC Transcript of Completion with the start and end dates of the student’s UPP study.

Three (3) months of UPP must be passed to be eligible.

Sault College will consider these students for Direct Entry into any one of Sault College’s nearly 200 academic diploma programs from faculties such as:

Only conditional offers of admission will be made to WTC applicants for Sault College’s diploma programs. Applicants will need to submit the following documents as part of their application to Sault College:

  • A completed Sault College application form by going to http://www.saultcollege.ca/services/International/HowToApply.asp
  • Official or notarized copies of high school and any post-secondary transcripts from all institutions attended.
  • Copy of study permit
  • Proof of English proficiency, either through completion of WTC’s University Preparation Program or through other proficiency tests, such as TOEFL, IELTS or CAE.

All incoming applicants are subject to evaluation in accordance with Sault College admission procedures. Academic requirements are outlined in Sault College’s online academic calendar (http://www.saultcollege.ca/services/International/AdmissionRequirements.asp) and are updated regularly.
